Company has in-house Computerized Battery Charge/ Discharge and Battery Capacity Evaluation QC machines. Montu Electronics LLP can perform and provide computerized complete capacity test report, IR and life cycle testing of batteries as per customer requirement. Company performs Inward and Outward QC.

Company has following in house facilities to cater the OEMs:

  • Spot welding machines and a wide range of nickel tags and jigs.
  • Computerized Battery Formation & Grading System (BFGS).
  • Test Pad machines for the final QC of batteries.
  • Manual (Read out type) Testing Panels Chargers and Dischargers.
  • Computerized testing panels for capacity and IR measurements.
  • Battery Life-cycles tester for Li-ion, SMF, Ni-Cd/Ni-MH Battery-Pack.
  • Ultrasonic Plastic welder for sealing the enclosed battery-packs.
  • High-frequency blister sealing and printing machines for packing/printing.
  • Constant-Current Chargers and Dischargers for QC and R&D applications.
